Use in a broth to moisten a risotto, for a vegetable or fish soup, choux pastry, pie crust, crepes, socca, bread, sauces, court bouillon for cooking fish, to moisten dishes in sauce (vegetable curry, daube), bind with cornflour to replace béchamel in gratins, vinaigrette, pickles or even in a Bloody Mary type cocktail.
