The King of Appetizers! We're offering you a delicious and truly original "hummus" made from white (French) lingot beans. We traveled to the nearby Pyrenees to bring back organic fir cones (the tips of the branches) harvested by a local artisan with respect for the trees and forests. We infused these cones in organic rapeseed oil (from Aveyron) for several weeks to obtain aromas of fir, eucalyptus, and even red berries! The result is incredibly delicate.
