The King of aperitifs! We offer you a delicious and very original "hummus" made from white (French) lingot beans. We went to the nearby Pyrenees to bring back organic fir cones (the tips of the branches) harvested by a local artisan with respect for the trees and forests. We infused these cones in organic rapeseed oil (from Aveyron) for many weeks to obtain aromas of fir, eucalyptus, and even red fruits! It's all very delicate.

Ingredients: White beans (44%), onion, water, rapeseed oil infused with fir cones (8%), ginger, lemon juice, salt, mint, sage.
