We love these artichoke bottoms cooked with a touch of olive oil and delicately flavored with Sarawak white pepper. The animal side of this white pepper is perfectly mastered and perfectly enhances the artichoke. Use with asparagus, grilled or en papillote fish, or seafood.

Artichoke bottom (65%), olive oil, white wine, lemon, salt, Sarawak white pepper (0.4%).

Made in a facility that uses: peanuts, nuts, celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
