Processing and delivery times

Orders are received and processed on business days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on our website on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays.

Packages are generally shipped between 2-7 business days from order.

For payments by check, the order will only be sent upon receipt of the check.

During periods of high carrier activity (holidays, sales, etc.), the delivery time for your packages may be extended. We make every effort to meet the announced delivery times. However, RueTraversette cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to a high-volume delivery event (holidays, sales, etc.) or any force majeure (demonstrations, carrier strikes, etc.).
