I absolutely loved these artichoke bottoms cooked with a touch of olive oil and delicately flavored with Sarawak white pepper. The earthy note of this white pepper is perfectly balanced and beautifully complements the artichoke.
Use with asparagus, grilled or en papillote fish, or seafood.
