We are pleased to be the first processor of the Cèbe river in Lézignan (near Pézenas in the Hérault region)
The Cèbe de Lézignan is a sweet onion variety grown only in a few towns in the Hérault region, and RueTRAVERSETTE is fortunate to be the first processor of this delicious onion. A very simple recipe that brings out the onion's natural sweetness, enhanced with a touch of thyme and olive oil. A generous size to accompany your meat or fish dishes. We tried the Cèbe de Lézignan burger and loved it! But try it on a cod fillet, a chicken thigh, in a vegetable stir-fry, or as a base for a pissaladière-style tart.
Our roasted Lézignan cedar with thyme is best enjoyed hot and is waiting for you now.
