The Cèbe de Lézignan is a sweet onion variety grown only in a few communes in Hérault, and RueTRAVERSETTE is fortunate to be the first processor of this delicious onion. A very simple recipe that brings out the natural sweetness of the onion, which has been twisted with a little thyme and olive oil. A generous size to accompany your meat or fish dishes. We tested the Cèbe de Lézignan burger and it was a real treat! But try it on a cod loin, a chicken thigh, in a vegetable pan, or as a base for a pissaladière-style tart.
