76-page book, square format 21 x 21 cm
30 recipes from chefs from the region's best restaurants!
Sainte Tartine, this name surprises the first time you hear it and makes you smile the second time you understand it.
Sainte Tartine (you must be smiling now) is an association that celebrates La Tartine on Saint Martine's Day, January 30.
But be careful! We do not tolerate any political or religious excesses. At most, "Holy Tartine, grill for us" is tolerated.
This associative festival, created in 2017 under my leadership and that of friends, aims to be festive and above all unifying.
And why Tartine? Well, because Tartine embodies a complete, popular, and gourmet way of eating. A slice of bread and butter or a sublime version of exceptional cooked products, Tartine is there, convivial, to share with friends or to enjoy on the go.
We give pride of place to the work of the region's artisans, producers, breeders, fishermen, traders and restaurateurs.
Eating is essential, understanding and acting too!
We share with you our passion, the pride of our work and the desire to let you know who we are.
More than just recipes, throughout the pages you'll meet the women and men who dedicate their time daily to the world of gastronomy. Chefs have volunteered their time to create recipes showcasing the products they're proud of and use in their restaurants.
The Sainte Tartine association offers, suggests and encourages you to eat healthily and show solidarity with the producers and artisans around you.
This year, you're going to Spread!

Thank you for purchasing this book, which will allow the association to offer you other gastronomic events, to support the agricultural and artisanal sector, restaurateurs and all those who invest themselves daily in their work on local gastronomy.
