Rue Traversette is committed to supporting farmers and producers in Occitanie through the Ste Tartine association, which celebrates the art of tartine and spreads on January 30, St. Martin's Day.
Whether Michelin-starred or not, the restaurateurs are committed to cooking with natural products from our region. The association, for its part, defends and promotes the work of these women and men who invest their hearts and souls in their land or their animals.
